Payment terms: 1) by irrevocable L/C at sight 2) by T/T at sight of copy of B/L with 30% as deposit before production

Delivery time: normally 45 days after confirmation by us

Claims and returns: Claims should be filed within 20 days after arrival in destination and supported by an inspection. If it is not the responsibility of the insurance company, shipping company, other transportation organizations, post office, or force majeure, we will be liable for guilty claims. Returns and/or deduction from next invoice could be afforded by us.
